I copy the instillation key into the keymaker and get "bad installation ID". The keymaker will not generate an unlocking code. The provided license number does not work either. Can someone help me out?

use the License manager.......it works
t does work… but you have to put the dash(-) after every four numbers. example. 1234-1234-1234. Do not type it like this. example. 123412341234…wrong.
